Once you arrived in Los Cabos payment will be required and converted to Mexican Pesos. Under our exchange rate policy and we will not be responsible for differences in your USD quote: You acknowledge you are responsible for all charges & fees. You also understand you have been charged in Mexican pesos and that the final charges will be determined by the exchange rate used by the credit card issuing bank at posting.

· Payments with AMERICAN EXPRESS Credit Card

American Express is not able to be charge in your USD currency online. Once you arrived in Los Cabos payment will be required and converted to Mexican Pesos. The price shown is a 100% refundable if you cancel your reservation 24hours after you booked your rental. Under our cancelation policy: You acknowledge that the rental is non-refundable and if you need to cancel for ANY reason including the pandemic, you will be issued a credit to be used for future travel. Once you pick up your car If an early return shows up a 35% of non-use rental will be placed as an Early Return Fee and your final outstanding balance will be used as credit on your next rental. · ALL IN Car Travel Protection

To protect our crew and clients by providing a contactless rental you were required to hold your car rental reservation with a Credit/Debit Visa-Mastercard or Discover card. The price shown is a 100% refundable if you cancel your reservation 24hours after you booked your rental. Under our cancelation policy: You acknowledge that the rental is non-refundable and if you need to cancel for ANY reason including the pandemic, you will be issued a credit to be used for future travel. Once you pick up your car If an early return shows up a 35% of non-use rental will be placed as an Early Return Fee and your final outstanding balance will be used as credit on your next rental. However, to waive our cancelation policy a purchase of our ALL IN Car Travel protection is available for you only in our website. This protection is not mandatory, and by checking the box to waive the travel protection, you acknowledge that the price shown is a 100% refundable if you cancel your reservation 24hours after you booked your rental. If you don’t cancel your reservation after 24hours of your purchase your total car will be issued as a credit to be used for future travel.

· Changes- Modifications-Dates and Hours

There is no expiration on your car rental credit.
